What color?

I suggest buying a neutral color, especially if you are traveling outside of the USA or going to the jungle. You don’t want the bag to stand out too much. We bought our bags in a neutral gray color.

What size?

I suggest the 20L bag for an adventure traveler — that is what you see in all of my pics. It is a great mid-sized bag and should be big enough to fit what you will need for a hike or tour.
